Firstly, I took apart Sony SRS-XB23, and and categorized the components for storage.

I used Solidworks to generate precise orthographic views, and Keyshot to render exploded views.

In this project, we are required to disassemble a speaker and utilize its internal components to construct a new functional speaker specifically designed to emulate a certain brand.

Measurements

After that, I measured the dimensions of the internal components and created orthographic views of them to assist in planning my speaker design.

Prototype Zero

While working on the design of our own speaker, we were asked to make prototype zero based on the instructor's blueprint in order to get familiar with the machines in the workshop.

Six Rounds of Prototypes

Before creating the final speaker, I went through six rounds of prototypes to acquire knowledge about the interior components, intricate details, and proportions.

Final Speaker Making

In the final four weeks, I began the production of my ultimate speaker.

After finishing all the parts, it is ready to be assembled and shown off.
